michelemorrowpilates: My background is in Structural Integration, which is a Somatic approach to Rolfing. I approach Pilates from a Somatic, (body-mind) view. My comprehensive training in Pilates is the "Body Arts and Science" certification. I have interned and worked in a Classical Pilates Studio, and in two Physical Therapy business' , (Pole Star Pilates). As a result of my continued education and internships in both Classical and Pole Star I am well rounded. I offer a safe, relaxing, and athletic Pilates workout for every age and body type.I am also a Master Poolates Teacher-(PIlates in warm water) 805-565-1078
